Our Customer Service representatives determine eligibility for refunds and exchanges once customers have contacted us and explained their reason for return. Returning packages without prior approval from Customer Service will halt or delay your return.

If we shipped you the wrong item: You have the option of 1) exchanging it for the correct item, or 2) returning it for a full refund. Customers must confirm their eligibility for an exchange or return with Customer Service before sending items back.

If we shipped you an item in the wrong color: You are eligible for a full refund. (Perceived color difference due to the display settings of your computer monitor are not grounds for a refund.).

If we shipped you a defective item: You are eligible for a refund or exchange depending on the item category.

If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase: You may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on your situation and the type of item involved.


In case you are not satisfied with your Hermes bags , we offer you an opportunity of exchange. Following conditions are obligatory:
  • E-mail your return request to hermeshac@gmail.com within 3 days after you receive the order.
  • Make sure you return the item in unused condition. The original packaging is also required.
  • If the return is not connected with high quality hermes bags, only the client is responsible of the return shipping fees. Besides, we are plenipotentiary to charge a restocking fee per product. Restocking fees amount USD 30 per hermes bag and USD 30 per hermes small.
  • If the return is connected with a hermes bag high quality, all return shipping fees are compensated by us. The defective product is exchanged at solely our expenses.
All our products are supplied with a 100% High quality. The manufacture uses only high-grade materials. We carefully inspect each item before shipping. Our company’s primary goal is to provide customers with an excellent service and meet any demands.


  • Warranty claims cover all manufacturers’ defects. The defects should not be caused by water, fire or chemical damage, intentional damage, or general wear and tear (such as scratches, fading of the colors etc.). If the defects occurred during shipping, you are asked to contact us upon the receipt of the order.
  • In case the product is defective in nature, we will re-send you the exact same model immediately. In case the model is out of stock, you will be able to choose another one of the same cost.
  • Make sure to observe all warranty claims. Our company bears no responsibility for shipping losses and damages. Please, post-mark the product no later than 7 days from the day of reception.
  • Please, be aware that return takes up to 4 weeks.
  • Prior to exchange, the damaged item is carefully inspected.
  • Returning an item that had a discount at the moment of the purchasing the amount of the promotional offer will not be refunded if the discount term is expired. Any unexpired promotional funds will be certainly refunded.
  • Please note that we can refund the amount only back to the original credit card which was used by a customer to make a payment.
